Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of QualityProxy's services. All customers must comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Collecting publicly available data while complying with the target website's terms and robots.txt where applicable.

Ad verification, brand safety monitoring, and fraud detection for authorized campaigns.

SEO monitoring, market research, price comparison, and competitive intelligence for legitimate business purposes.

Application testing, localization testing, and quality assurance through proxies in controlled environments.

Cybersecurity research, threat intelligence, and authorized penetration testing with appropriate documentation.

Any illegal activity, including unauthorized access, identity theft, harassment, or the distribution of malware, ransomware, or exploit code.

Credential stuffing, brute-force authentication attacks, spam, phishing, or sending unsolicited bulk communications.

Circumventing security controls on systems you do not own or for which you do not have written authorization to test.

Accessing, storing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material or content that promotes violence or terrorism.

Interfering with QualityProxy's infrastructure, other customers, or third-party networks through excessive requests, DDoS patterns, or deliberate IP pool exhaustion.

Reselling or sublicensing proxy access without a written reseller agreement.

Using proxies to violate export controls, sanctions, or embargoes.

You are responsible for configuring your applications to respect rate limits, robots.txt directives, and website terms of service. QualityProxy provides the infrastructure; you determine the legal and ethical use.

Keep accurate account information and secure credentials. Promptly report any suspected abuse related to your account.

We monitor for abuse signals, including complaint reports, anomaly detection, and manual review. We may limit, suspend, or cancel accounts without prior notice for serious violations.

We cooperate with law enforcement and rights holders when presented with valid legal process.

Report suspected abuse to abuse@qualityproxy.com with the relevant logs, timestamps, and source identifiers. We investigate all good-faith reports.
