This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of QualityProxy services. All customers must comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Collecting publicly available data in compliance with target website terms and robots.txt where applicable.

Ad verification, brand safety monitoring, and fraud detection for authorized campaigns.

SEO monitoring, market research, price comparison, and competitive intelligence for legitimate business purposes.

Application testing, localization testing, and quality assurance using proxies in controlled environments.

Cybersecurity research, threat intelligence, and authorized penetration testing with proper documentation.

Any illegal activity including unauthorized access, identity theft, harassment, or distribution of malware, ransomware, or exploit code.

Credential stuffing, brute-force authentication attacks, spam, phishing, or sending unsolicited bulk communications.

Circumventing security controls on systems you do not own or lack written authorization to test.

Accessing, storing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material or content promoting violence or terrorism.

Interfering with QualityProxy infrastructure, other customers, or third-party networks through excessive requests, DDoS patterns, or deliberate pool exhaustion.

Reselling or sublicensing proxy access without a written reseller agreement.

Using proxies to violate export controls, sanctions, or embargoes.

You are responsible for configuring your applications to respect rate limits, robots.txt directives, and website terms of service. QualityProxy provides infrastructure; you determine lawful and ethical use.

Maintain accurate account information and secure credentials. Report suspected abuse involving your account promptly.

We monitor for abuse signals including complaint reports, anomaly detection, and manual review. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice for severe violations.

We cooperate with law enforcement and rights holders when presented with valid legal process.

Report suspected abuse to abuse@qualityproxy.com with relevant logs, timestamps, and source identifiers. We investigate all good-faith reports.
