This Privacy Policy describes how QualityProxy Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit qualityproxy.com, use our control panel, API, or proxy services, or communicate with us.

This policy applies to account holders, website visitors, and individuals who contact our support or sales teams. It does not apply to data you collect from third-party websites through our proxy infrastructure: that processing is governed by your own policies and, where applicable, by our Data Processing Agreement.

Account information: name, email address, company name, billing address, payment method details (handled by our payment processors), and account preferences.

Usage data: bandwidth consumption, request metadata (timestamps, success rates, geographic routing parameters), API logs, IP allowlist configurations, and support interactions.

Technical data: browser type, device identifiers, cookies, analytics events, and referral sources when you visit our website.

Communications: the content of emails, chat messages, and support tickets you send us.

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Services, process payments, authenticate gateway access, monitor network health, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, send service-related communications, and improve product features.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage logs are retained according to your plan tier, typically between 30 and 90 days, unless enterprise contracts require longer retention.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, without prejudice to exceptions for records we must retain by law.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, hashed credential storage, security monitoring, and periodic assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

QualityProxy operates globally. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. We use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for transfers from the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent for it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR.
