This Privacy Policy describes how QualityProxy Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit qualityproxy.com, use our dashboard, API, or proxy services, or communicate with us.

This policy applies to account holders, website visitors, and individuals who contact our support or sales teams. It does not apply to data you collect from third-party websites using our proxy infrastructure—that processing is governed by your own policies and our Data Processing Agreement where applicable.

Account information: name, email address, company name, billing address, payment method details (processed by our payment processors), and account preferences.

Usage data: bandwidth consumption, request metadata (timestamps, success rates, geographic routing parameters), API logs, IP allowlist configurations, and support interactions.

Technical data: browser type, device identifiers, cookies, analytics events, and referral sources when you visit our website.

Communications: content of emails, chat messages, and support tickets you send to us.

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Services, process payments, authenticate gateway access, monitor network health, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, send service-related communications, and improve product features.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share customer traffic content routed through proxies with third parties except as necessary to operate the network infrastructure.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage logs are retained according to your plan tier, typically between 30 and 90 days unless longer retention is required for enterprise contracts.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data subject to exceptions for records we must retain by law.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, credential hashing, security monitoring, and regular assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

QualityProxy operates globally. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR.
